Technical specialist

The main task of this position is to perform SW modifications mainly on agricultural equipment, construction equipment and occasionally on passenger cars. He carries out orders in the field and at dealerships and works independently with flash devices and diagonostics. Employee performs work assigned by the dealer or manager via CRM and google calendar while working with an internal ordering system through which he/she communicates with software specialists.

A willingness to travel and drive a company car, an interest in technical matters, electronics and agricultural equipment is important for this position and experience as an auto technician is useful.


Sales manager

Colleagues in the position of sales representatives take care of the development of customer and partner networks, present our products not only at arranged business meetings, but also at various exhibitions and trade fairs. They actively use marketing campaigns, on which they cooperate with the marketing department. They report data and information about the market and customers through the CRM system. They strive to achieve the fulfilment of predetermined business objectives.
The sales representative is a communicative person, able to argue sensitively but persuasively. Spends a lot of time on the phone, in the car and in face-to-face meetings.

Technical and sales manager (hybrid)

Combined position, where it is possible to implement both technically and commercially. On the one hand, the Hybrid Technician works on the development and customer and partner network, while at the same time ensuring the implementation of the agreed orders from a technical point of view. 



Country manager

The Country Manager develops business plans for the assigned area and leads a team of colleagues and partners to ensure their implementation. Reports reported results to management. Seeks and executes new business opportunities, coordinates training of new partners, looks after the most important and regular customers. Ensures presentation of products, innovations and solutions at exhibitions and trade shows. Ensures communication with the technical team.
Good analytical thinking, excellent communication and presentation skills, leadership skills, effective time management are essential for this position.
