The Country Manager develops business plans for the assigned area and leads a team of colleagues and partners to ensure their implementation. Reports reported results to management. Seeks and executes new business opportunities, coordinates training of new partners, looks after the most important and regular customers. Ensures presentation of products, innovations and solutions at exhibitions and trade shows. Ensures communication with the technical team.
